CHEF DE RANG The Chef de Rang is primarily responsible for assisting guests in the Resort's Restaurants during breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as during Room Service operations. He/She supports guest reception, independently manages the assigned station, and ensures seamless coordination with the Kitchen. In carrying out his/her duties, the Chef de Rang complies with and adheres to hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP) and to the operational standards of Lefay Resorts. The Chef de Rang reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma from a Hotel Management School;

Excellent command of the English language and, preferably, a second language; Elegant appearance and refined demeanor; Strong motivation for teamwork; Compliance with hygiene regulations; Previous experience in a luxury hotel is not required.
