You’ll get to:     Administer and maintain the enterprise NHI governance platform.      Support onboarding and governance of non-human identities across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, application, and AI environments.      Maintain inventory accuracy, ownership records, governance documentation, and lifecycle status information.      Coordinate ownership certifications, attestation campaigns, lifecycle reviews, and governance workflows     Track non-human identity risks, governance exceptions, remediation activities, and compliance metrics.      Support classification, risk scoring, and governance reporting activities.      Support governance of AI agent identities and associated ownership requirements.      Coordinate remediation activities involving orphaned, excessive privilege, or improperly governed identities.      Develop dashboards, reporting, metrics, and governance maturity assessments.      Support audit, compliance, and policy management activities related to non-human identities.      Partner with Identity & Access Management teams to improve lifecycle management and governance processes.      The Person:    You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have:        Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.      2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity governance, identity administration, access management, or related disciplines.      Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, IGA, PAM, or related identity platforms.      Experience administering enterprise security or governance platforms.      Strong analytical, process management, and stakeholder coordination skills.      Experience with workload identities, machine identities, API credentials, and non-human identity governance programs.      Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, Saviynt, or similar technologies.      Experience supporting cloud environments including Azure and AWS.      Security certifications such as Security+, SC-300, CISSP, or equivalent.      Experience supporting audit and regulatory compliance initiatives.      The Details:       You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan, including:      Medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement in addition to programs & benefits in support of your well-being.      Discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and other partner programs.           And More:       We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
