As an IT Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the full ERP lifecycle—from initial scoping through multi-site deployment—while actively leading process mapping sessions to optimize business processes. Bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders, you will facilitate critical discussions and drive the decisions necessary to transform our Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain, and Distribution capabilities, including all integrated boundary applications. This high-impact hybrid role requires a blend of strategic program leadership and hands-on business analysis skillsets. What You Will Do
Program Strategy & Leadership Develop comprehensive program plans, objectives, and strategies that align tightly with organizational goals. Lead ERP implementations from the inception of scope and planning through execution, go-live, and post-implementation support. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking. Effectively allocate resources, including project team members, internal contractors, and external technology integration vendors. Process Engineering & Optimization Map current-state ("as-is") and design future-state ("to-be") processes for a multi-site manufacturing environment. Identify process gaps and uncover opportunities for automation and efficiency within the ERP ecosystem. Take ownership of the Technology Roadmap to support the broader Business Transformation Roadmap, partnering closely with assigned business leaders to maintain and evolve the strategy. Project Execution & Quality Assurance Lead the execution of multiple projects within the technology transformation roadmap. Ensure strict adherence to PMO methodologies, best practices, and quality standards while monitoring progress and resolving issues across multiple facility rollouts. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, align with industry’s best practices, and comply with relevant regulations (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley). Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive program sponsors, multi-site plant managers, and cross-functional teams.
