About the Team TikTok Shop's Governance & Experience (GNE) team is responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, trustworthy, and seamless experience for merchants, creators, partners, and users. Our mission is to build a resilient e-Commerce ecosystem through strong governance frameworks, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities - Identify and assess gaps across the governance lifecycle, from policy development to enforcement, through case investigations and root cause analysis. - Drive cross-functional collaboration to align on findings, share insights, and build consensus on needed improvements. - Manage and track governance programs and action items, ensuring timely execution and strengthened control mechanisms across key domains. - Monitor performance of key metrics and conduct deep dive analysis when necessary. - Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy across GNE operations.
