Global Account Director - Manufacturing & Health Tech

As Global Account Director, you will lead Microsoft's relationship with one of our most strategic Manufacturing & Health Technology customers. You will shape long-term business strategy, drive AI and digital transformation, and help deliver meaningful business outcomes at global scale.   This is a highly visible leadership role requiring exceptional executive engagement, strategic account leadership, and the ability to influence and orchestrate teams across Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.

Own and grow Microsoft's strategic relationship with a global Manufacturing & Health Technology company, developing and executing a long-term account strategy that drives customer success and business growth. Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology executives, acting as a strategic advisor on their most important priorities. Drive AI, cloud, security, and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. Lead and align cross-functional teams across sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and partners to execute a unified growth strategy. Identify new opportunities, expand executive relationships, and deliver revenue, consumption, and customer success objectives. Leverage Microsoft's partner ecosystem to accelerate innovation and maximize customer impact. Champion customer value realization, responsible AI adoption, security, and compliance. Direct people management of 3 people aligned fully to account Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven success leading strategic enterprise sales, global account management, consulting, or business leadership engagements. Strong executive presence, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decisions at the C-suite level. Experience leading large-scale AI, cloud, digital, or business transformation initiatives within complex global organizations. Demonstrated success driving business growth, developing long-term strategic partnerships, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and orchestrate global, cross-functional teams. Experience working with Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, or other highly regulated industries is advantageous. Sales Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 141,200.00 - € 240,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
