Software Development Manager, Leo Secure Communications, Secure Communications

In this role, you will manage a team responsible for Secure Communications of Leo satellites. Project Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. In this role, you will bring that vision to life by designing, developing and testing the embedded software that controls individual satellites. Key job responsibilities - Hire and support top talent to meet goals of the team. - Define and drive the multi-year vision for the team. - Oversee resource allocation to ensure appropriate business and staff development goals are met. - Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business goals. - Work closely with engineers to architect and deliver the best technical designs and approaches.
