Role summary Delivers end-to-end Agora capabilities across both front-end and back-end layers. The role can move between UI, service, integration, data, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting work according to delivery needs.

Develop and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end services, APIs, and full-stack application capabilities. Implement integrations, data access, authentication, business logic, and operational workflows. Translate product requirements into maintainable technical solutions and testable acceptance criteria. Investigate and resolve defects and production issues across UI, service, database, integration, and cloud layers. Build or maintain automated tests, deployment pipelines, monitoring, logging, and diagnostics. Participate in code reviews, estimation, sprint planning, releases, and production stabilization. Collaborate across product, architecture, quality, operations, and engineering disciplines. Core capabilities Experience delivering modern web applications across front-end and back-end technologies. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or comparable application-development technologies. Experience with REST APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, testing, monitoring, application security, and release management. Strong end-to-end troubleshooting and independent delivery capability. #LI-LATAM Qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in full-stack, web, or application development, with demonstrated hands-on work across both user-interface and back-end/service layers. College degree, diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Development, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Web/Application Development, or a related technical field. Hands-on capability with modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back-end technology, plus practical experience with REST APIs, data persistence, authentication, integrations, automated testing, deployment, and end-to-end troubleshooting. Full-stack, front-end/back-end, Microsoft Azure/cloud, DevOps, or related technical certifications are beneficial but not required.
