As a Manufacturing Project Lead you are responsible for planning, initiating and managing key projects in the manufacturing facility. You will have a key responsibility for quality and productivity and make an important contribution to overall cost control and profitability.
Your 'day to day'
· Reporting: Report to the Manager Manufacturing Projects, under the Production Manager, ensuring alignment with production goals and strategies.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager of Manufacturing Projects and other team members to integrate project requirements and technical specifications into manufacturing processes.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
· Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress, challenges, and solutions.
· Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, working closely with other project leads and team members.
· Coaching: Act as a coach to the production project team, enhancing their skills and knowledge in project management practices.
· Capability Building: Ensure proper capability plans are in place to support project goals and long-term manufacturing objectives.
Who we're looking for
· University degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
· Manufacturing background with Leadership Role (LL/BU)
· Expertise in RTT
· Expertise of IM Pillar and VSU tools
· Practical Expertise of Key Open+ pillar (AM, PM, FI)
· Project management Knowledge
· Experience in FDA regulated environment is plus.
· Fluent in English
· Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Required)
Annual Base Salary: $96,800-121,000
