About this role
Sales Origination Senior Manager US Industrials You are: A relationship-led hunter who has spent your career winning in the emerging large-enterprise space and knows it cold. You bring a book of trusted relationships with the buyers and decision-makers who run these companies, a track record of consistently carrying and beating a number, and the instinct to originate — not wait for pipeline to arrive. You have run every phase of the sales cycle yourself: origination, qualification, shaping, negotiation, and close. You understand that this segment is not a smaller version of enterprise. These clients want speed, clarity, and outcomes — a partner who moves at their pace, prices to their reality, and brings enterprise-grade capability without enterprise cost or complexity. You know how to be that partner, and you are energized by building something new rather than inheriting a mature account list. You are fluent in the ecosystem that surrounds these accounts — the hyperscalers, the ERP and platform players, and the OEM relationships that cascade demand down to their supplier base — and you know how to turn that ecosystem into pipeline. The work Originate and win new logos across the emerging large-enterprise segment — owning the full cycle from first conversation through signed contract as a dedicated, full-stack seller. Build and leverage relationships at the C-suite and senior-buyer level, converting existing trust and ecosystem connections into qualified, high-probability opportunities. Sell from a productized catalog — diagnosing the client's real need and building a clear bridge to packaged offers, shaping the deal that fits rather than negotiating bespoke every time. Drive ecosystem co-sell — partnering with SAP, the hyperscalers, and other alliance partners, and mining the OEM-to-supplier path for warm entry. Move fast and protect margin — closing at published, mid-market-appropriate terms with the discipline to sell on value, not price. Help shape a new practice — as an early member of a dedicated Emerging Large Enterprise motion, your wins, feedback, and playbook will define how Accenture scales this space. Travel will vary from 25% to 75% depending on business need and client requirements. What you need Minimum of 8 years of experience in solution, technology, or services sales. Minimum of 8 years of sales-pursuit management experience across origination, shaping, and close. Minimum of 2 years of recent, direct quota-carrying experience with a demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding target. A demonstrated book of relationships and a track record of winning new logos in the emerging large-enterprise / upper-mid-market segment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate's degree, minimum 6 years' work experience. Bonus points if you have Deep relationships across a specific industrials vertical — automotive, industrial equipment, business services, transportation, logistics, ecosystems. Fluency with the partner ecosystem — SAP, hyperscalers (Azure, AWS), and the co-sell motions that come with them. Experience selling into large companies and building C-level relationships from the ground up. A genuine entrepreneurial streak — you have built a territory, a segment, or a practice before and want to do it again. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving and decision-making, and unquestionable professional integrity. High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, build-it-as-you-go environment. What's in it for you? A rare ground-floor opportunity — help launch and shape a brand-new Accenture growth space, with the visibility and upside that comes with being early to a market the firm is deliberately moving into. A model built for you to win — packaged offers, AI-accelerated proposals and contracting, and delegated authority to move at the client's pace, so you spend your time selling, not navigating internal
