Your potential is our inspiration. The Specialist I, Data Analytics role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within data analytics. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders to define priorities and requirements. Analyze complex issues and implement sustainable solutions. Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities. Ensure compliance with technology, security, and governance standards. Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and operational metrics. Provide subject matter expertise within the assigned domain. Collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams. Identify risks, execute mitigation plans and promote innovation through best practices. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Relevant professional experience aligned with the scope and level of the role. Experience working effectively in global and cross-functional environments. Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver business outcomes. Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology platforms. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives. Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, customer focus, problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset. Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent credentials are preferred. How would you stand out?
