Role
Responsibilities Support and enhance Revenue Controls processes, controls, reporting, and compliance activities. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements. Analyze data and business information to develop insights, trends, metrics, and reporting that support decision-making. Lead and support projects by developing timelines, documenting processes, tracking actions, and driving execution. Assist with risk mitigation efforts and support compliance, audit, and investigative activities. Communicate effectively with business partners to implement action plans and address control gaps or operational challenges. Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and control evidence as needed. Support the design and implementation of process improvements that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Balance multiple priorities and workstreams while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Support ad hoc requests, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects as needed. All About You Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results. Experience building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams and functions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with reporting, analytics, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo, Alteryx, SQL) preferred. Understanding of risk management, internal controls, compliance, audit, or financial operations preferred.
