Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, peers, leadership, and cross-functional business partners to support business objectives and client satisfaction. Resolve internal and external client escalations related to spending interruptions, fraud claims, and program performance by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions. Develop and deliver executive-level reporting, presentations, fraud prevention best practices for internal and external clients. Analyze large data sets, operational reports, and fraud trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives that enhance client experience, improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce fraud exposure. Support implementation of process, policy, and operational changes by developing training materials, documenting procedures, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption. Monitor key performance metrics, identify performance trends, and recommend actions to improve business outcomes to the leadership team. Educate clients, leadership teams, and business partners on fraud trends, emerging risks, and fraud prevention strategies. Influence outcomes across a matrixed organization through collaboration, communication, and strong stakeholder management skills. Apply sound judgment and decision-making while operating within established legal, compliance, risk, and control requirements. Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor degree and / or five or more years of experience in fraud operations, client service, Commercial, Prepaid Card, financial services. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including reporting, trend analysis, and executive presentation development. Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships across functions and levels. Strong prioritization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables. Willingness to travel infrequently for client engagements. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Two or more years of experience in a contact center, relationship management, or client-facing environment. Experience within Commercial Card, Prepaid Card, fraud prevention, fraud claims, or financial services. Experience presenting fraud trends, business performance, or operational analytics to clients or senior leadership. Experience leading process improvement, change management, or operational initiatives. Knowledge of operational management and business analytics Experience utilizing reporting, dashboard, or data visualization tools to support business decisions. Proven ability to work independently and drive results in a highly matrixed organization.
Additional Information
