Job Description
Summary: Job Posting Our vision is to craft the brands and choice of drinks that people love. We value how we work as much as what we achieve. The Warehouse Operations Lead is a pivotal role within Project Nuri, our Greenfield CPS Korea facility, and works across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, DTS, Quality, and Project teams to bring our brands to market from a brand-new plant. The qualified candidate will be an excellent multi-tasker and should have previous experience leading warehouse or logistics operations and supporting start-ups in a highly automated warehouse environment. What You'll Do for Us Serve as the warehouse operations readiness owner for Project Nuri and the primary warehouse representative from Detail Design through start-up and stabilization. Develop and execute the warehouse readiness roadmap, leading operational planning, workforce readiness, go-live preparation, and cross-functional coordination. Take over operational ownership from the warehousing engineering function at project close-out, retaining design intent, vendor assumptions, open risks, and system documentation on site. Bring proven operating standards and practices from existing plant operations and adapt them to the automated Nuri warehouse environment. Participate in Detail Design workshops and validate warehouse layouts, process flows, storage strategies, material movements, and exception handling for operational practicality and scalability. Ensure customer and business requirements including Mixed Pallet Building, Truckload Building, and automated fulfillment processes are incorporated into final designs. Lead warehouse system readiness for SAP EWM, WCS, and WMS as Warehouse Key User Lead — covering design reviews, configuration validation, testing, UAT, and operational sign-off — in partnership with DTS, Automation, and Engineering. Support implementation of warehouse automation including ASRS, AMR, AGV, automated palletizing, conveyors, and orchestration platforms, and define the decision logic, exception management, and zero-touch, AI-enabled workflows required to run it. Lead 4M readiness (Man, Machine, Material, Method), establish warehouse readiness metrics and governance, and escalate risks appropriately. Serve as the primary liaison between Manufacturing Operations and Warehouse Operations, optimizing inventory transactions, integration points, and material flow synchronization. Own warehouse operating performance through go-live, ramp-up, and stabilization — inventory accuracy, OTIF, picking productivity, and stock turns — and establish the shift structure, manning plan, and daily control routines including cycle counting, physical inventory, and 3PL / transport interfaces. Ensure warehouse operations meet food safety, GMP, and EHS requirements including FEFO, temperature control, hygiene, and housekeeping standards. Support IQ/OQ/PQ execution, commissioning, and start-up; lead warehouse operational acceptance and drive issue resolution. Develop warehouse operating procedures, work instructions, control processes, and escalation routines, and build the permanent team's capability through Train-the-Trainer, on-the-job training, and parallel running during ramp-up. Prepare the transition package, agree transition acceptance criteria, and complete a formal transition review with sign-off and post-transition hypercare support. Conduct benchmarking visits to highly automated manufacturing and warehouse operations and deploy best practices to improve operational efficiency and automation performance. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Must possess at least 7 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing logistics, or automated warehouse environments. Proven experience leading warehouse operations or logistics
