Your Role
The Associate Marketing Specialist supports the strategic and tactical execution of marketing initiatives across Baxter’s therapeutic support systems portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, US Commercial Marketing, Critical Care, this role supports product management initiatives by contributing to campaign execution, market analysis, and content development that enhances product positioning, customer engagement, and portfolio growth across the Furniture, Lift, and Birthing Bed categories.
What you'll be doing
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with therapeutic support system strategies and c ontribute to internal communications and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the marketing team. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in hospital furniture and patient mobility solutions. Support the creation of marketing materials including product brochures, educational content, digital assets, and sales enablement tools. Support product life cycle management activities by assisting in launch planning, portfolio optimization, and end-of-life strategies for therapeutic support systems. Monitor digital channels and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, and product management to align marketing efforts with commercial goals. Help track and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and marketing analytics tools as well as c oordinate logistics and support for marketing events, webinars, and trade shows. Maintain marketing databases and assist in CRM-related activities.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Internship or project experience in campaign development, market research, or digital marketing is a plus. Any work experience in marketing is a plus, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or capital equipment sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics platforms). The estimated base salary for this position is $68,00.00 to $93,500.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range
