Our organization operates as a residential treatment facility, catering to at-risk youth in need of specialized care and support. Requirements: Current RN license in Ohio Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and at least 2 years experience in the nursing field preferred Valid State Registered Nursing License CPR and First Aid Experience working in a mental health setting with adolescents, preferred Strong understanding of psychiatric nursing principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Basic computer skills for documentation purposes Compassion, empathy, and a genuine
