Required Level: Advanced Transversal Skills Communication Skills Description: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Required Level: Advanced Leadership and Team Management Description: Ability to lead and motivate technical teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment. Required Level: Advanced Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Description: Strong analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve complex technical problems Required Level: Advanced Required Qualifications Academic Degrees Bachelor's Degree in Audiovisual Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree in Audiovisual Engineering, Networks and Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
