As a Software Engineer, you will work on business-critical initiatives, collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders, leverage cutting-edge technologies including generative AI tools, and help deliver scalable, high-quality applications that support strategic decision-making across the organization. In Long, as the Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Partnering with business and product stakeholders to gather requirements and design, develop, test, debug, document, and support software applications Leveraging generative AI-assisted development tools to accelerate research, coding, debugging, documentation, and testing while maintaining high standards of code quality Supporting integration efforts across APIs, data sources, and external systems to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable application connectivity Designing and developing robust software solutions that support business-critical initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement Contributing to the development of scalable distributed systems and modern web applications Developing and maintaining front-end and back-end application components Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability Staying current on emerging software development technologies, architectures, design patterns, and generative AI advancements Communicating technical concepts, project status, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking For?
