Security Specialist – Physical Security Technology   Location:  Singapore Job Type:  Full-Time   Are you passionate about security technology and enterprise-scale systems? Join our Physical Security organization operating across the globe and help develop, support, and modernize the technologies that protect our people, facilities, and operations worldwide.    We are seeking experienced Security Specialists with deep technical expertise in entry regulation, surveillance systems, and coordinated physical security technologies. This role serves as a security technology specialist coordinated within enterprise platforms, infrastructure, and global security initiatives.     The successful candidate will serve as an embedded technical resource within the Global Security Operations group. Their role includes developing, coordinating, standardizing, and continuously improving enterprise security systems related to physical protection. This role will help ensure access control, video management, and coordinated security systems are deployed, configured, and maintained. These systems must align with international security protocols, approved architectures, cybersecurity requirements, and enterprise operational objectives.

Administer and support Lenel OnGuard access control systems.  Lead and maintain Milestone XProtect video management systems.  Fix and resolve hardware, software, database, network, and combined security system issues.   Support CCTV, access control, visitor management, video analytics, and related security technologies.  Collaborate with IT, Facilities, Engineering, Security Operations, and external integrators.  Lead or participate in system expansions, upgrades, migrations, commissioning, and modernization projects.  Develop user documentation, standards, and operational procedures.   Support investigations through access control and video system data analysis.  Drive standardization, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of security hardware and systems while ensuring systems, configurations, and operational processes align with global security standards, architectural criteria, and organizational guidelines.

Required Experience   5+ years (P3) or 8+ years (P4) supporting enterprise security infrastructure.   Hands-on experience with:   Access control platform provided by Lenel OnGuard   Milestone XProtect VMS  CCTV, card access, and integrated security systems  Experience supporting Windows Server environments and SQL databases.  Strong capacity to solve, analyze, and fix problems.  Experience working with vendors, contractors, and multi-functional collaborators.   Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, data analysis, incident investigations, troubleshooting, documentation, and decision-making processes.   Preferred Certifications   Lenel OnGuard Certified Professional or Advanced Certification  Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT)  Milestone Certified Design Engineer (MCDE)  Milestone Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)  ASIS PSP or CPP  CompTIA Network+ or Security+  Microsoft or Azure certifications    Technical Skills   Physical Security Systems  Access Control  Video Surveillance (CCTV)  Windows Server  SQL Server  Active Directory  TCP/IP Networking  System Integration  Data Analytics and Reporting  Vendor and Project
