Agency: Hearts & Science Job Function: Data and Analytics Job Subfunction: Data Science and Analytics Job Description: The Marketing Science team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services. We partner with strategy and investment teams to deliver on and exceed our clients’ business goals. Senior Analyst focuses on hands-on analysis and execution with team coordination. Their tasks include analyzing data, producing insights, managing small projects, and collaborating with other teams. Is expected to have strong technical foundation and emerging leadership abilities. External facing responsibilities: Executing the measurement plan Production of campaign reports and analysis to measurement plans Development of dashboards in data visualization tools ie. Tableau On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate Development of observations and actionable insights around campaign results Data storytelling of results and analyses in presentation decks/slides Presenting reports and proposals to clients during monthly and weekly phone calls Internal facing responsibilities: Partner with the Strategy and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development, and ongoing budget / plan optimization. Keep in front of industry trends and developments by engaging in training Project manages key monthly deliverables, tapping junior offshore team members for support Required Skills Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development Can extract actionable insights from high volume, multi-dimensional data to investigate complex business problems and inform decision making Expertise in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising Solution development: analytic skills, critical thinking and clarifying strategic & operational issues as related to data and analytics. Problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution. Stellar communication skills Comfortable working in ambiguous situations Education and Experience A university degree and 1+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting Knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution process is desirable, but not required 

 $40,000 - $75,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
