The IMUAM Transformation Architect will play a key role in ensuring the strategic vision is successfully executed, in reshaping the finance function to deliver long-term, sustainable growth for the IM business, unlocking both financial and non-financial benefits. The Senior Manager, UAM Transformation Architect provides senior leadership for translating business requirements, data insights, and emerging technology opportunities into scalable global User Access Management (UAM) capabilities. This role is accountable for collaborating across the global UAM teams and its business, IT, security, compliance, data, and operational partners to understand shared needs, align priorities, and shape practical solutions. The role defines requirements and roadmaps for new tools and automation, improves the quality, structure, and usability of UAM data, and leads the introduction and implementation of new technologies in close partnership with global UAM pillars. It requires strong global collaboration, business partnering, data-driven thinking, technology adoption leadership, governance ownership, and deep understanding of access risk, Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance, and user access lifecycle management within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
