Ngā kōrero mo tēnei tūranga / About the role Our Management Consulting team at PwC New Zealand partners with organisations across the public and private sectors to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful, lasting change. We work alongside clients to develop and implement strategies that improve operational performance, transform business models, and support their people to succeed. From large-scale transformation programmes and operating model design to workforce strategy and organisational change, our team brings together management consultants, organisational strategists, HR practitioners and change management specialists to deliver sustained outcomes. Your day-to-day could include: Working collaboratively within project teams and with clients to develop high-quality deliverables and support effective delivery . Designing and delivering solutions that help clients meet their strategic and operational goals. Working through ambiguity and applying critical thinking to solve complex business problems. Taking responsibility for a key workstream or element of project delivery, with support from senior team members. Analysing information, developing insights, and presenting recommendations. Contributing to b uilding trusted relationships with clients and colleagues across PwC. Ngā pūkenga ka kawea mai e koe , ka whakawhanakehia rānei i tēnei tūranga / Skills you will bring or develop in this role 2 –5 years ’ experience in a public, corporate , or professional services environment. A tertiary degree in a relevant field s uch a s Human Resources, Commerce, Business, Law, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline is advantageous. Experience working with clients in a professional setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex issues and recommendations within a team. Demonstrate self-leadership in a professional setting and a willingness to develop capabilities, learn , and u pskill . Confidence using technology, including an awareness of AI and the ability to use AI tools appropriately. Commercial curiosity and an interest in solving complex organisational challenges. Consulting or professional services expe rience would be beneficial but not essential .
