Position
Overview: As a key member of the Multifamily Digital Program Strategy team, Strategic Transformation Senior - Business Solutions & Automation will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, technology portfolio governance, and strategic program execution. This position partners closely with business and technology leaders to align strategic priorities, facilitate delivery through Agile methodologies, and ensure successful implementation of large-scale digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring experience managing complex programs, leading business requirements activities, supporting Agile delivery teams, and providing executive-level reporting and insights. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while collaborating across a broad network of Multifamily business and technology professionals. The Multifamily Digital / Information Technology Portfolio Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Product Management, Business Operations, Architecture, Data Management, Risk & Controls, User Experience, and Technology Delivery to ensure program objectives are achieved and business value is realized.
Your Impact
Partner with Multifamily Digital Program leadership, including providing direct strategic and operational support to senior executives. Lead strategic transformation initiatives and coordinate planning activities across multiple programs, business functions, and technology teams. Facilitate business requirements sessions with stakeholders, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable user stories, features, and development priorities for delivery teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Architects, and Development teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and successfully implemented. Support Agile planning processes, including Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap development, backlog refinement, dependency management, and milestone tracking. Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy, portfolio priorities, and enterprise transformation objectives. Create executive-level dashboards, status reports, presentations, and communications that provide leadership visibility into program health, risks, milestones, and outcomes. Apply PMO best practices for program governance, reporting, resource planning, risk management, issue tracking, and portfolio oversight. Lead integrated program planning activities and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting. Manage and enhance Multifamily Technology change management and adoption processes to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Support business architecture and process transformation efforts, including current-state and future-state process analysis, capability mapping, and operational readiness planning. Coordinate stakeholder communications, training activities, and change adoption initiatives for major program releases and transformation efforts. Support strategic and ad hoc initiatives, including executive presentations, business case development, vendor coordination, contract management, and portfolio analyses.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading strategic transformation, program management, PMO, business analysis, or technology-related initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information
