 OVERVIEW As Product Owner – Supply Chain Data Governance & Ecosystem, you will lead initiatives that improve the quality, governance, and usability of supply chain data. You will shape the roadmap, align business and technology priorities, and enable effective data exchange with internal and external partners. This role offers the opportunity to support supply chain transformation, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable digital solutions across the organization. The Shift timings for the role will be 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the deployment of data governance and ecosystem initiatives across supply chain functions and strategic transformation programs. Develop and communicate the data governance and ecosystem roadmap, prioritizing backlogs, resources, work plans, and delivery trade-offs. Partner with supply chain leaders, business teams, Digital and Technology, and external partners to align business priorities with technical solutions. Lead business discovery and translate requirements into practical tools, processes, and scalable solutions. Establish data governance standards, quality targets, metrics, and process improvements to ensure data is accurate and fit for use. Track and communicate governance performance through supply chain operating reviews, transformation initiatives, and strategic projects. Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies that improve data governance, quality, ecosystem connectivity, and team capabilities. Coach and mentor data stewards, strengthen ownership and capability, and deliver quarterly objectives aligned with business outcomes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, data governance, product ownership, project management, business transformation, or a related field. Proven project management and change management experience. Knowledge of supply chain processes across multiple functions. Experience working with third parties, global partners, and Digital and Technology teams. Ability to lead and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority. Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and changing environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certification such as PMP. Experience in data governance and data quality. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Exposure to advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Experience working with global, virtual, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, coach data stewards, and enable collaborative decision-making.
