The National Workplace Director provides and manages a comprehensive and consistent range of services across the country with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance. He/she creates a collaborative and impactful Stakeholder engagement strategy and builds a community of ambassadors and workplace support teams to deliver timely and consistent workplace experience & workplace operations. He/she develops client support and feedback initiatives and leads structured regular meetings with stakeholders to enhance relationships. Key to the success of this role is your ability to develop collaborative relationships across all areas of CRE and senior stakeholders, providing support and driving initiatives and services within our CRE governance model.   You will have proven leadership experience in Real Estate/Facilities/Workplace Management under your belt.
