Membership Coordinator

Franciscan Health Chesterton 810 Michael Dr Chesterton, Indiana 46304 The Membership Coordinator plays a vital role within Franciscan Health, providing prospects, tours, and follow-up for all membership sales. This position focuses on sales and retention of individual, corporate, student, senior, and insurance-based memberships. The Membership Coordinator provides in-depth knowledge of policies and services/programs provided by the Fitness Center.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Conduct informative membership tours to prospective members and guests, anticipate and interpret their needs, and customize the membership experience by matching their unique needs, interests, and goals with products and services. Maintain regular contact with members, to ensure they are motivated and supported in meeting their needs, as well as to ensure their membership is retained. Support the execution of internal and external promotions and marketing campaigns/strategies to attract new membership; attend booths and special events, and follow-up on unsold prospects. Generate sales leads and drive sales through prospecting activities, such as corporate outreach and lead boxes.

High School Diploma/GED-Required 1 year Sales-Preferred Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
