Plant Manager

We are looking for a talented Plant Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for Cummins, Inc. in Arlington, TX responsible for leading the Arlington Upfit Center. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead and strengthen customer relationships to ensure their needs are met. Oversee all plant operations and functions to meet goals and drive continuous improvement. Promote and model Cummins values, processes, and procedures to create the right working environment. Coach, develop, and support plant staff to build a strong, capable team. Set the plant’s overall strategy, goals, and performance deliverables. Manage how the plant interacts with and impacts the broader Supply Chain organization. Lead the plant’s community involvement efforts and external engagement. Drive effective cross‑functional collaboration across internal teams. warranties and build strong relationships through regular, professional communication.
