Standard Job Description Coordinates Operations planning and execution supporting Launching Systems and Directed Energy work scope within the Owego, NY factory. This role will support Operations leadership roles in the Launching Systems (LS) and Lasers & Sensor Systems (LS&S) Sub-Market Segments. They will have responsibility over all Owego factory execution and strategy within these sub-market segments. They will be responsible for reviewing product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Basic Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence/lead people Understand lean manufacturing concepts and flow Ability to work cross-funactionally Earned value and financial management experience Proposal Experience Ability to manage conflicts in a fast-paced environment Bachelors degree or equivelant experience/combined education with 10+ years of professional experiece; or 8 years of professional experience with a related masters degree Desired Skills SAP/COS experience & skills CAM Certified Program Management experience Diverse set of Lockheed Martin Program experience RMS Production Operations experience Green or Black Belt certified Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
