About this role

A Day in the Life

Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and customer service to ensure reliable, cost-effective product availability. Drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement while managing teams and external partners to support growth.

The Impact You'll Make

• Develops and executes supply chain strategies covering procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution to support business objectives and service targets.

• Oversees finished goods, packaging, and raw material inventory to optimize service levels, working capital, and accuracy through disciplined forecasting and reconciliation.

• Directs transportation, warehousing, and sales order fulfillment activities to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective product delivery.

• Leads and develops supply chain teams with full accountability for hiring, performance management, coaching and engagement

• Manages critical external stakeholders (including bottling and logistics partners), negotiates contracts, enforces accountability, and ensures exceptional customer service performance.

• Partners with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, and Product Development teams to align demand, capacity, launches, and supply decisions.

• Drives process, systems, and performance improvements using data, analytics, and structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal control requirements while delivering clear performance reporting and insights to leadership.

Who You Are

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management.

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership roles managing managers or professional teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• SAP experience strongly preferred

• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics and reporting tools

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$116,250—$155,000 CAD
