About this role
Isometric is the AI-native certifier of climate solutions. We combine scientific rigor with best-in-class technology to unlock the capital and trust needed to reverse climate change. Our customers , including Microsoft and Google, trust us to help them avoid greenwashing. We’re looking for doers with a bias to action. Our team is brilliant and cares (a lot). Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had. Things you’ll do in this role: Lead Design at Isometric at a pivotal stage of growth – build the team, set the direction and quality bar, and stay hands-on as we scale. Design a complex product that reverses climate change. Certify accelerates the certification of physical infrastructure 50x using agentic workflows and UX that turns dense audit work into something people actually want to use. Shape how Isometric shows up beyond the product – from company brand to swag, sales decks and social media. Things we’re looking for: Deep, end-to-end product craft. You're likely 10 or more years into your career, but we care more about what you've shipped than the number. You've taken complex products from prototype to shipped and iterated – UX, UI, the lot – and you think in systems and services, not just screens. You use AI to design faster and better, and raise everyone around you to do the same. Bonus points for B2B SaaS or technical products. A track record building and leading small, fast design teams along with the delivery and quality processes that hold the bar as they grow. Proactive ownership, pragmatism, and desire to get stuck into whatever is required to move the company forward. This role isn’t for you if: You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office. You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist. You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
