HR Information System Analyst
Location: Surabaya or Jakarta, Indonesia. Surabaya is preferred; Jakarta-based hires may initially be assigned to Surabaya. Working Pattern: On-site, 5 days per week

Impact You’ll Own • Deliver reliable People & Culture technology and AI-enabled solutions. • Maintain accurate data, stable system integrations, and audit-ready documentation. • Enable smooth deployments, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do • Translate People & Culture needs into technical and AI-enabled solutions. • Coordinate delivery with technology teams, global stakeholders, and vendors. • Plan and execute system testing and implementation. • Manage multiple local and global projects. • Audit data, systems, interfaces, and project documentation. • Prepare users, provide hypercare, and transition solutions to business-as-usual operations. • Identify relevant large language model and AI agent use cases.
Skills & Capabilities Must-haves • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Ability to connect business needs with practical technology solutions. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL. • Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia. • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Logical thinking, resilience, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
Nice-to-haves • One to three years of relevant experience; strong fresh graduates are welcome. • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, or People & Culture systems. • Familiarity with Python, large language models, AI agents, or OpenClaw; AI model development is not required.
