As a Client Tax Analyst - Documentation and Onboarding in International Tax Operations, you will manage tax onboarding activities and validate client tax documentation to support compliant processing and a strong client experience. You will work with partners across operations, product, technology, controls, and compliance to keep processes scalable, consistent, and well-controlled. Job responsibilities
Process client onboarding activities from a tax documentation and data perspective Validate client tax documentation accurately and within defined service timelines Review documentation for completeness and alignment to applicable tax requirements Maintain and update tax-related client data to support accuracy and integrity Partner with global teams to ensure consistent processing and handoffs Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring documentation issues Implement or support automation solutions that reduce manual effort and errors Perform routine data analysis to support documentation, controls, and compliance needs Monitor process controls and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner Track work against service level expectations and manage competing priorities Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of operating practices Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrated administrative and organizational capability in an operations environment Proven ability to deliver high-accuracy work with strong attention to detail Ability to review and validate client documentation against defined requirements Ability to analyze data, identify exceptions, and communicate findings clearly Client service mindset with a focus on timely, high-quality delivery Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume workflow Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality Demonstrated risk awareness, sound judgment, and timely escalation of issues Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal partner engagement Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tools used for tracking and analysis Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in tax operations, client onboarding, or documentation processing Familiarity with tax documentation workflows supporting withholding or preferential tax treatment Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones and functions Demonstrated focus on data quality management and control-minded processing Familiarity with regulated operating environments and related control practices Experience using workflow, case management, or ticketing tools to manage tasks and service levels
