CNC Programmer

Job descriptions : Create CNC program, set up sheet, for milling machine  Assist with machine setup verification, first-piece inspections, and process validation. Investigate machining problems and implement corrective actions. Recommend tooling, fixturing, and process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Develop and deliver training programs for machinists related to CNC programming, machine operation, tooling, and manufacturing best practices. Promote continuous learning and technical development within the manufacturing team. Identify opportunities to improve machining efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase throughput. Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Support quality and safety objectives by adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Polytechnique in mechanical engineering  CNC programming experience min 3 years. Preferred   experience at oil and gas company Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, Edgecam) Strong command of G-code and M-code programming Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and raw material properties Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines Ability to read and speak English   To be located in  Batam EPH SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
