Management Company Accounting Senior Associate

The D. E. Shaw group seeks an analytical and self-directed accounting professional to join its Management Company Accounting team within Financial Operations (FinOp). The team owns the books, financial reporting, and control environment for the firm's U.S. and international management companies. This senior associate role offers the opportunity to take independent ownership of change initiatives, serve as a deep subject-matter expert on financial reporting and controls, and drive partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
