DevOps & Microservices : Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture. Adaptable & Problem-Solver : Tackle varied and challenging problems daily, showing flexibility, a data-driven focus on quality, and an ability to learn new skills quickly. Ownership & Quality : Take responsibility for leading tasks, from building new functionality to developing automated tests and investigating issues, all with a level of high attention to detail Support & Growth : Receive dedicated mentorship and formal training from a supportive team of fellow engineers to help you get up to speed and grow your skills.

Academic Qualification : Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering). Core Software Development Experience : 2+ years of professional experience in software development using Java, Python, or C++. The role itself will mostly entail developing microservices in Java. Test Automation & CI/CD : Proven experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests within CI/CD pipelines. Modern Tooling : Practical experience using Git, API design frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Advanced Testing: Exposure to or experience with contract testing. Emerging Tech: Experience using data science concepts, AI, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot). Problem-Solving: Ability to apply a structured, creative approach to solving technical problems. Learning Agility: Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and communicate clearly. We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
