Senior Customer Service Specialist - Order Management (m/f/d)

Location : Wrocław Work model : Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring smooth and accurate order execution Enter and process customer orders with high accuracy and attention to detail Monitor product availability and proactively identify and manage deviations Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment Manage delivery to the customer, ensuring timelines and requirements are met Prepare export documentation as part of the shipment and delivery process Serve as the primary point of contact for internal PPG customers (other PPG entities) located across the globe Maintain data integrity across orders, pricing, and transactions Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions Maintain and update procedures and documentation (e.g., SOPs) Requirements: Secondary or higher education, or min. 3 years of experience in back office / order management / customer service Fluent in English Proficiency in MS Office Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in cross-functional and international settings Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to solve problems and work independently Nice to have: Knowledge of Italian Experience in Oracle How we work: At PPG, we bring teams together to accelerate collaboration and career development, with in-person work Monday through Thursday and the opportunity to work remotely on Flexible Fridays.
