We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES •            Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and data center equipment’s are working in a good conditions •            Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan •            Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines •            Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy •            Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues •            Maintain engineering area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access               KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES •            Uninterrupted site operations •            100% compliance of site to key client and APM audits •            Meet or exceed Client Satisfaction survey targets •            Individual IPMP •            Continuously improving service •            Vendor Management               KEY COMPETENCIES    •            Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) •            Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services. •            Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills •            Able to work under pressure and in a fast changing environment •            Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English •            Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends Location: On-site –Melaka, Malaysia At JLL, we harness the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to efficiently accelerate meaningful connections between candidates and opportunities.
