As a Technical Program Manager with Google Cloud Platform, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise, with a focus on capacity planning programs and processes. You proactively identify, organize, and lead portfolio activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver technical solutions. You scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program. Lead several engineering program management for a fast paced, innovative engineering team. Work hand-in-hand with our cross-organizational engineering, product and business stakeholders to deliver outstanding program outcomes alignment with business priorities. Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria. Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders and leadership. Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management. Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain. Experience working with engineering teams. Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Track record of successfully delivering complex software products, in-depth knowledge of project management Ability to establish systems to continuously improve our business processes, products, or services on an ongoing basis, through measurement of performance, progress, and success metrics.
