Information Security (Info Sec) - Info Sec prevents, detects, responds and mitigates cyber-risk, protecting EY and client data, and our information management systems.   The opportunity The SharePoint Operations Engineer is part of a global SharePoint team in a large, complex, and multinational environment. They have expert knowledge in SharePoint (both Cloud and On-Prem). The individual will be providing Level 3 Operational/Engineering support for areas involving SharePoint Online, with a good understanding of SPO and associated technologies, SharePoint On-Prem, MS Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other M365 services.   Your key responsibilities

In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, OneDrive and Power platform its features, and related M365 services. Experience in installing and configuring SharePoint 2016,2019 & SE. Good troubleshooting skills in both sharepoint on-prem (2016/SE) along with SPO. Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerShell scripting & automation. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of CSOM, MSMQ & Provider Hosted Apps (PHA). Intermediate experience with continuous integration systems. Understanding of multiple access and authentication models such as NTLM, Kerberos, Claims-based, ADFS, SSL, card services, TMG, UAG, etc. Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity tests, etc. Detailed understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings In-depth support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support for SharePoint In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting SharePoint end user/client issues. In-depth knowledge in SharePoint permissions, webparts, lists, views and any other site level issues. Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service
