Service Account Specialist - Billing - Clifton, NJ/NYC | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern As a Billing Service Specialist, this position will be based in the New Jersey/NYC area and be responsible for representing Quest Diagnostics to our clients in a professional manner. This role will streamline, improve, and enhance the billing experience for physicians, office staff and patients through education while reducing missing information inflows, revenue loss, denial inflow, and bad debt for Quest Diagnostics. The Billing Service Specialist will be required to work in the field (outside an office) at least 25-50% of the time in and around the New Jersey/NYC area, visiting 6-8 clients a day with one day per week for office work. Some overnight travel may be required. Pay range: $66,550+/ year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
