Position Summary Marriott International is seeking an accomplished and strategic Cluster General Manager to lead the Riyadh Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments (MEA) Riyadh Convention Center , two flagship Marriott properties located in the heart of Riyadh's corporate, governmental, and commercial district. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, talent development, and owner relations while ensuring both properties achieve their full commercial potential. The role requires a seasoned hospitality leader with a strong background in multi-property management, luxury or premium hospitality operations, and proven experience leading large teams within complex business environments. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of General Manager experience , with previous Marriott International General Manager experience strongly preferred . About the Properties Riyadh Marriott Hotel is a well-established full-service Marriott property featuring approximately 418 guestrooms and suites , multiple dining venues, extensive meeting and event facilities, wellness offerings, and direct connectivity to the Riyadh Marriott Convention Center. The hotel is strategically positioned in the Al Wazarat district, serving government, corporate, diplomatic, and international travelers. Candidate Profile Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager within a full-service, upscale, or luxury hotel environment. Proven success managing large-scale hotel operations with significant F&B and meetings/events business. Strong commercial acumen and financial management capabilities. Demonstrated experience leading large, diverse teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Fluent English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Marriott International General Manager experience strongly preferred. Prior multi-property or cluster leadership experience. Experience operating within the Saudi Arabian or GCC hospitality market. Strong understanding of Marriott brand standards, systems, and culture. Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, profitability, and guest satisfaction across both properties. Position the cluster as a leading hospitality destination within Riyadh's highly competitive market. Lead the annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure processes. Partner closely with ownership, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence
Ensure exceptional execution of Marriott brand standards, guest experience initiatives, and service culture. Oversee all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Revenue Management. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive quality assurance results, guest satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiencies.
Commercial Performance
Maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, F&B profitability, and overall market share. Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Distribution teams to identify new revenue opportunities. Strengthen relationships with key
