Title: Human Resources IT Co-Op (January - May 2027) Location: Clayton, MO Salary: $30.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students Housing Stipend Available Focus: The Human Resources IT Co-Op supports the HR IT team by assisting with system configuration, data analysis, access management, reporting and documentation to enhance HR technology and compliance.
What You'll Do
Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need. Learn key software concepts and help troubleshoot technical challenges across Human Capital platforms including PeopleSoft, Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management Assist with data analysis, cleansing, transformation and loading for projects Develop reporting and analytic tools to provide insight into human capital data and projects Support policy and system development, audit preparation, and updates to IT documentation and standards What You'll Bring: Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines) Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations. Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work Must possess a valid US Driver's license *Olin does not provide any form of sponsorship.
