In the Finance and Corporate Strategy team we ensure that the business’s capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused. What you’ll do: Provide end-to-end functional support for Service Costing processes within SAP PX1 and S4 HANA DCP and related financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial transaction processing. Analyze business requirements, perform fit-gap assessments, and translate finance process requirements into functional specifications and system solutions. Partner with BU Finance, Business, IT, and cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, defect resolution, and process improvements. Lead issue investigation, root cause analysis, testing, and deployment support for production incidents and system changes. Support Finance initiatives, projects, upgrades, and business transformation programs, including SAFARI and FALCON portfolios. Design, execute, and coordinate functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for system enhancements and project implementations. Monitor system performance and data integrity, ensuring compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and company policies. Develop process documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures to support operational excellence. Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage expectations, and deliver sustainable solutions. Provide post-implementation support and act as a trusted advisor for finance systems and service costing processes. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities by ensuring system readiness and timely issue resolution. What you need to bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Typically 2-7 years of experience in Finance Systems, SAP Finance, Business Process Analysis, or related areas. Experience in supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, PM, SD, or Service Costing processes is preferred. Experience working in global support and project environments is preferred. Knowledge and Skills Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes. Experience with SAP Finance applications and financial systems support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design capabilities. Experience in functional testing, defect management, and change implementation. Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
