As a DDV Senior Manager, you will join a dynamic team of problem solvers dedicated to helping clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy through execution. You will play a key role in driving value across the full deal lifecycle, partnering with other competencies within PwC’s Deals line of business to serve clients and deliver measurable results in high-stakes transactions. As a Senior Manager in Operations team, you will lead project teams in the delivery of operations-focused engagements, contribute to business development pursuits and participate in a wide range of professional development activities and initiatives. You will combine analytical and strong interpersonal skills to help you develop strong relationships and high-quality outcomes for clients while simultaneously promoting learning, community and skills development within your teams. You will play a key role in driving value within clients businesses and across the full deal lifecycle, partnering with other competencies within PwC’s Deals line of business in order to serve clients in delivering measurable results in high-stakes transformations and transactions.

Our team assists Corporate and Private Equity clients in all operational aspects of a transformation or deal, pre- and post-completion, including:   Operational due diligence assessing target operations, risks, and performance improvement opportunities   Operational performance improvement including driving transformations and strategies to boost productivity and accelerate EBITDA growth and enhance working capital ahea d of a sale , after a n acqu is ition or in co nnection with oth er situ at ions   Operational restructuring for companies in stressed or distressed situations, including scenario analysis and turnaround or wind-down of operations   Stra tegic initia tives that are heavi ly dep endent o n o perational is sues     Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager will include, but are not limited to:   Support DDV leadership with the day-to-day management of multiple projects across various value creation mandates and lead junior team members to successful execution   Support the development and execution of operational value creation, restructuring, integration and separation strategies   Manage project-level stakeholders across functions to ensure ongoing project alignment , effective and efficient delivery and client satisfaction   Lead functional and cross-functional delivery teams in developing and executing plans, monitoring progress, and achieving objectives and value creation targets
