Lift Truck Operator A vailable Shift: 12-hour shift from 5:20pm-5:30am - 2-2-3 Schedule

Job Description: Performs Forklift route duties to include providing correct production materials and packaging supplies to lines and removing finished product. Usage of WH Management system. Duties KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Unload and receive packing and regrind trailers Stage shipments for transfers Move regrind/virgin material to/from lines Keep production supplied with correct packaging Dump trash using tippers Operate stretch wrapper Drain railcars Other duties as necessary

Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally and work closely and productively as part of a cross.functional team Ability to create and/or exhibit an atmosphere of openness, honesty, trust, and teamwork.Safety: Demonstrates ability to understand and actively participate in all company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates ability to safety load and unload materials to/from designated storage areas, racks and shelves, orvehicles Ability to develop and maintain processes that are ISO compliant. Can demonstrate ability to maintain work area in clean, safe order. Operate Equipment: Ability to operate motorized equipment and other peripheral equipment safely and efficiently as required Ability to feed and operate grinder without jamming or damaging grinder system Inventory Control/Management: Can demonstrate ability to accurately count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled, usingdaily production sheet or work ticke Can demonstrate proper techniques used to arrange materials/items in specified sequence for assembly and/ordistribution Demonstrates ability to accurately post data from one source to another in ERP or peripheral software systems Demonstrates ability to be a self starter and work independently to complete assignments/responsibilities Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize workload as required

High school diploma or equivalent experience Basic math and computer skills
