Sr. Technical Program Manager, Quality Technology Services

Amazon Robotics (AR) seeks a talented and motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Quality Technology Services (QTS) organization, focused on manufacturing technology platforms. This role owns the program management and delivery of manufacturing execution systems and shop-floor technology solutions including Tulip (MES platform), Atlas tools, and associated integrations that enable Amazon Robotics' production operations at scale. The TPM will lead programs that connect manufacturing operations with technology platforms, driving capability build-out, system implementations, and continuous improvement across Tulip MES, Atlas tools (work instructions, traceability, quality inspection, production dashboards), and their integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, and supply chain platforms). This is a high-visibility role requiring strong manufacturing domain expertise, technical program management rigor, and the ability to partner with plant operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, and software teams to deliver solutions that improve throughput, quality, and operator experience on the shop floor. The ideal candidate brings a passion for manufacturing technology transformation, hands-on experience with MES platforms and shop-floor digitization, and the leadership skills to drive cross-functional alignment between manufacturing operations, IT, quality engineering, and partner technology teams within QTS. Key job responsibilities * Own end-to-end program management for Tulip MES and Atlas manufacturing tools from requirements through deployment and operational handoff across Amazon Robotics manufacturing sites. * Drive the roadmap and capability framework for manufacturing technology solutions: work instructions, production tracking, traceability, quality inspection, and operator-facing applications. * Lead requirements design, process mapping, user acceptance testing, and rollout planning for Tulip apps and Atlas tool deployments in collaboration with manufacturing engineering and plant operations. * Manage integrations between manufacturing execution platforms and boundary systems (ERP/SAP, PLM/Teamcenter, quality systems, data platforms) to ensure end-to-end data flow from shop floor to enterprise. * Partner with manufacturing site teams to understand operational pain points, prioritize technology investments, and drive adoption of digital tools on the production floor. * Coordinate cross-functionally with QTS engineering, quality, supply chain, and infrastructure teams to define technical requirements and deliver integrated solutions. * Establish program governance: status reporting, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive communication — across concurrent manufacturing technology workstreams. * Drive continuous improvement: measure platform adoption, operator feedback, and production KPIs to iterate on manufacturing technology solutions. * Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Tulip) including feature requests, support escalations, and contract alignment with QTS vendor management.
