EMEA Regional Solution Area Sales Lead - Security

You will shape sales strategy, coach sales managers and specialists, accelerate strategic deals, and connect field insights with worldwide teams. Own regional Security consumption and revenue performance. Coach sales leaders on pipeline health, sales execution, and target attainment. Lead account reviews and monthly business reviews, removing blockers and accelerating priority deals. Represent field feedback to worldwide go-to-market teams. Embed partners into account plans and expand co-sell opportunities. Align regional campaigns and sales plays with global strategy. Build a high-performing sales community through best-practice sharing, modern tools, and customer-focused execution.

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and substantial experience in technology sales, customer engagement, account leadership, or a related discipline; or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, and significant experience in technology sales, customer engagement, account leadership, or a related discipline; or Equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced expertise in technology sales, customer engagement, account leadership, or a related discipline.

Established experience in solution or services sales across complex customer environments. Demonstrated capability in pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and delivering business outcomes. Working knowledge of cloud, hybrid infrastructure, productivity, and security technologies. Demonstrated ability to support sales leaders, lead organizational change, and translate business strategy into measurable outcomes.   Digital Solution Area Specialists IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 136,100.00 - € 231,500.00 per year.
