Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Electrical Design Engineer located in Dundalk, Ireland. This role will provide excellent experience in the design and development of electrical switchgear and associated products. We are looking for a graduate level design engineer with an eye for detail who can work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as the successful candidate will work with multiple disciplines during products lifecycle. What a typical day looks like: Under the direction and mentorship of senior members of the design team, carry out the electrical design of switchgear and other critical power distribution products.
