Consultant - Global Payroll Operations

As a Global Payroll Operations Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing system support for Global Payroll Technology and global support for Global Payroll Operations. This position offers you the chance to influence and implement improvements that drive outstanding results!

Independently support Global Payroll technologies and lead small to medium-sized initiatives introducing new technologies, upgrading current products, and crafting system improvements. Mentor and coach other team members to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. Serve as a subject matter expert in Global Payroll technologies and vendor products, suggesting, crafting, and leading initiatives from inception through implementation. Influence improvements in global payroll operations to ensure flawless execution and inspire change successfully.

Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. 8+ years of relevant experience in payroll operations and technology. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated experience with various HR data concepts and payroll functions. Tech-savvy with intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and project management skills. Ability to lead initiatives across global locations and collaborate effectively with team members at multiple levels. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work independently. Mandatory confidentiality of sensitive information. Experience with payroll and time technologies such as ADP Globalview, ADP Celergo, and Enterprise Time/Workforce Manager preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) reading, writing, and speaking skills are a plus. Shift Timings: 10.30 AM to 7.30PM IST Additional Information Why Join Us?
