Lead and manage multiple Build Eng projects and programs simultaneously from concept through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, milestones, and deliverables.  Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.  Track project schedules, risks, action items, and performance metrics.  Facilitate regular program reviews and status meetings with stakeholders.  Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.  Support automation, digital transformation, and technology deployment initiatives.  Develop business cases, project proposals, and executive-level presentations.  Collaborate with finance and leadership teams on strategic planning and investment decisions.  Monitor project budgets, resource requirements, and return-on-investment opportunities.  Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and priorities. Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership teams.
