The Senior Project Manager, Service & Special Projects leads the strategic development, planning, and execution of service work and specialized electrical projects while driving business development initiatives. This role ensures compliance with quality standards, oversees project teams, and serves as a senior leader in client relationship management and operational excellence. What You'll Do Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and prospecting while building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor. Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets, present initiatives with risk and financial analysis, and represent the company through networking and industry engagement.

Financial Oversight

Prepare estimates, proposals, and negotiate contracts while managing project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and profitability. Monitor resource utilization, track scope changes, and maintain financial accuracy and transparency across all projects.

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects. Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and company standards.

Quality & Compliance

Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain thorough documentation to keep projects on schedule. Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and enforce safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a high-performance, safety- and quality-focused culture. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
